摘要: The invention is a process for producing N-substituted glucamines, oxidizing an glucamine with microbe or extract thereof, and thereof reducing the oxidized to N-substituted-1-deoxynojirimycin. In addition, one pot N-substituted-1-deoxynojirimycin from D -glucose disclosed.
