摘要: Ultrasound imaging systems and methods with frequency (spectral) compounding for speckle reduction are disclosed. In one aspect, an ultrasound system includes a transducer probe interleaved transmit receive arrays. The may utilize pulses having optimized time-bandwidth product. separate elements can enable transmission reception of multiple pulses, each centered at different frequency, during the time A-scan. Thus, such capture independent images without reducing overall B-mode framerate. another broadband pulse obtain by filtering received echo using spectral filters. compound captured frequencies to provide reduction. further processor configured generate image based on echoes.
