摘要: Tests or measures in clinical medicine the social sciences can be used for three purposes: discriminating between subjects, predicting either prognosis results of some other test, and evaluating change over time. The choices made at each stage constructing a quality life index will differ depending on purpose instrument. We explore implications instrument development: selection item pool, scaling, reduction, determination reliability, validity, responsiveness. At many these stages, not only are requirements discriminative, predictive, evaluative instruments complementary, they actually competing. Attention to clarify both those developing selecting an appropriate studies.
