摘要: Abstract We herein report the first attempt to engineer an innovative bio-tissue network signal amplifier transduced by a novel natural N-doped carbon material. In order prevent kidney uric acid (UA) stone disease in advance, based on excretion of most UA through kidney, as well high nitrogen content animal tissues, and considering biocompatibility, high-N-doped was firstly prepared situ carbonization chemical activation method with mouse precursor. The activated transformed (AMKC) had large specific surface area hierarchical pore structure, played biological transduction for enrichment vastly increase sensitivity detect UA, which may be due multi-circuitry performance bio-tissue. Under optimized conditions, AMKC expressed linear relationship concentrations from 0.5 300 μM, 0.1195 μA μM−1 low detection limit 0.15 μM (3σ). Furthermore, exhibited selectivity even interference other inorganic salts small organic molecules, has broad application prospects clinical diagnosis detection.
