摘要: We study water regulation for a schematic economy representing wide range of real world situations. A policy has inter- and intra-temporal components. The first determines the limits on extractions from naturally replenished sources, given stochastic nature recharge processes associated with uncertain precipitation. is concerned mainly allocating extracted produced among end-users. prices that implement optimal allocation are derived. Regulation issues cost recovery asymmetric information discussed.
