摘要: Purpose The task of vocational rehabilitation is to support the employee’s chances continuing in working life. study aimed examine motivational orientation people participating and find out what characteristics clients, their life situation, beliefs perceptions were associated with it. Methods A mail questionnaire was answered by 839 clients who had received an affirmative decision under earnings-related pension scheme 12 months earlier (response rate 67 %). Two variables depicting formed, i.e., motivation for rehabilitation. Logistic regression analyses applied examining factors each variable. Results results indicate that two orientations can be regarded as partly separate overlapping constructs. clients’ experiences on environmental future possibilities, both those precipitated application are important current situation perceived possibilities. Conclusions In planning individual processes there a clear need sort may hide behind client’s weak contextual or situational motivation. course process, it discuss these order alleviate uncertainty towards change enhance participate re-think prospects returning work.
