摘要: Crystals of the recombinant 28 kDa glutathione S-transferase from Schistosoma mansoni have been obtained by hanging-drop method vapor diffusion ammonium sulfate solutions. The successful crystallization this enzyme required presence a reducing agent and S-hexylglutathione. crystals belong to cubic space group P4132 (or P4332), with unit cell dimensions = 122·6 A contain one molecule in asymmetric unit. diffract at least 2·8 resolution are suitable for X-ray crystallographic structure analysis.
