The implementation of acute services pediatric settings lead to increased understanding better management group patients. role an service (APS) assess pain, provide adequate safe analgesia by monitoring the effects treating side analgesic therapy, information education about perform research field its management. An APS identifies patients at risk complications, establishes treatment guidelines available around clock intervene. Additionally improves assessing a timely manner raising awareness need for all throughout hospital. Pain should be considered as fifth vital sign along with heart rate, respiratory blood pressure temperature. relief basic human right no one left suffer.
