摘要: Viruses GBV-C/HGV and TTV were identified in patients with hepatitis of unknown etiology. Aim our study was to assess the frequency infection markers these viruses blood donors haemophilia treated virucidaly activated non inactivated products. Material methods. DNA (by PCR using primers coding ORFI non-coding region NC) (RNA by RT-PCR anti-E2 EIA) tested (200 for 219 GBV-C/HGV), 122 past products 20 children exclusively clotting preparations. Results RNA 3,2%; 23,7% 0%, respectively donors, adult patients. Antibody found 23,6%; 37% i 25% studied groups respectively. detected most frequently NC than ORF1 primers: 78% vs.10% 100% vs 43,5% 95% vs. 15% young haemophiliacs. Conclusions Haemophilia at risk infection. Following implementation viral inactivation methods process factor concentrates production, transmission significantly reduced less extant TTV.
