摘要: African Americans (AA) are 4 times as likely Caucasians to have chronic Hepatitis B (CHB) and yet under represented in the literature especially with respect treatment response. The objective of this study was compare demographics, decisions outcomes AA Non-AA patients seen same GI clinic. Of 92 CHB, 60% were AA. had similar ALT viral load at early visits compared but significantly less fibrosis defined by AST Platelet Ratio Index.
