摘要: Anaerobic granules are responsible for organic degradation and biogas production in a reactor. The is entirely dependent on mass transfer mechanism, but so far, the fundamental understanding remains poor due to covered surface of study aimed at investigating characteristics single anaerobic different sizes using microscopic imaging analytical monitoring under loadings. experiment was conducted micro reactor calculated modified Fick’s law. Scanning electron microscopy applied observe zones granule, lab-scale microscope equipped with camera revealed bubble detachment process first time. In this experiment, granule size 1.32, 1.47, 1.75 mm, mm were chosen further investigation their large size. results that rates initial Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) 586, 1700, 6700 mg/L 0.0108, 0.0236, 0.1007 m3/kg COD, respectively; whereas as 1.83 × 10−12, 5.30 2.08 10−11 mg/s. It concluded higher loading enhance inside Thus, should be preferred granule-based production.
