摘要: We describe here the development of mouse chromosome-specific DNA libraries and their use in detection radiation-induced chromosome aberrations by fluorescence situ hybridization. Large metacentric chromosomes, resulting from a translocation involving chromosomes 1, 11 13, were flow-sorted. Using slit-scan technique for morphometric analysis, separated normal acrocentric aggregates. was amplified PCR using linker/adaptor method. In this pilot study, whole-body irradiated with 2 3 Gy scored metaphase spreads splenocytes cultured vitro.
