The determination of sedimentation constant with the Spinco ultracentrifuge

摘要: Abstract The sedimentation constant of bovine plasma albumin, s20, w = 4.32 − 0.235 c, agrees with the values determined in other Spinco ultracentrifuges but is significantly lower than that reported from Uppsala. Several potential errors have been excluded. Similar results proteins are mentioned and significance findings discussed.
