摘要: Wilder Penfield's early studies with Sherrington, Hortega and Foerster led to his life-long on the surgical treatment of focal epilepsy. Working a succession neurosurgical associates, Penfield contributed continuing stream observations responses human cerebral cortex electrical stimulation. These characterized detailed topographical distribution primary secondary sensory motor areas, representation language function in inferior frontal, superior frontal temporo-parietal cortex.
