摘要: Surface electromyograms(EMG) during test contractions (TCs) were studied to assess the muscle strain in simulated mushroom picking. Additionally, duration of TC for effective assessment was investigated. Nine female subjects performed standardized shoulder abduction and a stooped posture one minute as TCs. Each experiment consisted 60-min rest, three work periods (W1-W3), 30-min two (W4 W5) separated by rest period. The each period about 20 min. A total 18 TCs between every 10 minutes periods. EMGs recorded from trapezius, infraspinatus, deltoid, erector spinae muscles. amplitude EMG (AEMG) mean power frequency (MPF) calculated. divided equally into parts. Ratings perceived exertion (RPE) neck, low-back reported increased RPE all AEMG MPF decreased W1, W2 W3 neck work. results not affected parts fluctuated before W1 although changes small. Averaging several recommended get stable appropriate conditions discussed relation adaptation fatiguing contractions.
