摘要: OBJECTIVE The aim of this study was to investigate the serum aldosterone level and abnormal levels mineral corticoid in patients with central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC). PATIENTS AND METHODS All recruited CSC received fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA), enhanced depth imaging spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (EDI-OCT) assay. were classified into spontaneously resolved group unresolved according a 3-months follow-up Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) examination. Patients from receive treatment 40 mg spironolactone orally for 2 months. After treatment, EDI-OCT best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) performed again assess efficacy. RESULTS included 61 (72 eyes) 34 27 group. significantly associated subfoveal choroidal thickness (SFCT) revolved eyes (r=0.342, p<0.05) as well SFCT (r=0.348, p<0.05). And greater than that (161.8 ± 50.1 ng/dl vs. 122.5 50.5 ng/dl, macular decreased (p<0.05) after mg/d two CONCLUSIONS characterized by high thickened SFCT. Spironolactone improvement chronic CSC. Besides, side effect rare.
