摘要: The organization of the seventh lumbar dorsal root ganglion (DRG) cat has been investigated both anatomically and electrophysiologically. In first two series experiments an attempt was made to relate topographic location identified groups cells in with rostro-caudal position their central processes filaments root. 3H-proline injected into various sectors distribution axonically transported proteins, individual rootlets, determined by means liquid scintillation spectroscopy injections autoradiography sectioned ganglia. projection pattern also antidromically activating DRG parts sequentially stimulating each six filaments. results indicate that located medial (caudal) project most caudal rootlets root; lateral (rostral) rostral while intermediate middle rootlets. a third experiments, shifting overlapping receptive fields demonstrated for recordings traversed from lateral. This shown be nearly equivalent previously Kuhn ('53) sequence i.e., foot leg preaxial predominated sectors, postaxial were found ganglion.
