摘要: Abstract Anaerobic digestion is widely used in bioenergy recovery from waste. In this study, a half-submerged, integrated, two-phase anaerobic reactor consisting of top roller acting as an acidogenic unit and recycling bottom methanogenic was developed for the codigestion wheat straw (WS) fruit/vegetable waste (FVW). The operated 21 batches (nearly 300 d). granular sludge inoculated into unit. residence time mixed maintained 10 d when operation stabilized, temperature kept at 35 °C. highest organic loading rate 1.37 kg VS/(m3 d), maximum daily biogas production 328 L/d. Volatile solid removal efficiencies exceeded 85%. WS could be confirmed, efficiency affected by both ratio to FVW rate. dominant bacteria were Bacteroides-like species, which are involved glycan cellulose decomposition. Methanogenic community structures, pH levels, volatile fatty acid concentrations units differed, indicating successful phase separation. This novel can improve mass transfer microbial cooperation between efficiently steady codigest
