The findings a survey among potential and current adopters Germany(N=1,165)confirm two hypotheses. Second, there correlation between perceived attributes given reported influence said within process, suggesting decision-makers' an important effects. Decision-makers significantly more likely engage be influenced by interactions with who they perceive as competent, trustworthy, likeable. In contrast, such physical closeness availability have less significant effect. From policymaking perspective, this study suggests density quality connections empower adopters.
