摘要: Menstrual blood is easily accessible, renewable, and inexpensive source of stem cells that have been interested for cell therapy neurodegenerative diseases. In this study, we showed conversion menstrual (MenSCs) into clonogenic neurosphere- like (NSCs), which can be differentiated glial-like cells. Moreover, differentiation potential MenSCs glial lineage was compared with bone marrow (BMSCs). Differentiation individual converted NSCs derived from or BMSCs investigated using immunofluorescence staining real-time polymerase chain reaction. The fibroblastic morphology both turned shape during first step differentiation. expressed higher levels Olig-2 Nestin markers to undifferentiated The expression myelin basic protein (MBP) mRNA up regulated only in BMSCs-NSCs no MenSCs-NSCs. However, outgrowth led significant regulation fibrillary acidic protein,Olig-2 MBP at level accompanied down protein. This the study demonstrating ability Accumulative data show different pattern BMSCs. comparable potential, more accessibility invasive technique sample collection comparison introduce as an apt, consistent safe alternative
