摘要: Phosphorus is a limiting nutrient for primary productivity, but little known about past atmospheric fluxes to the open ocean. In this study, phosphate and phosphorus concentrations have been determined in North Greenland Eemian Ice Drilling Project ice core selected periods during last glacial. Phosphate was continuously by using molybdenum blue spectroscopic absorption method discretely an ion chromatograph. Total P inductively coupled plasma sector field mass spectrometer. For glacial period, we found of between 3 62 nM PO43− 7 929 nM P. We find were 4 11 times higher than century, with highest input cold stadials (GS). Changes mild interstadials (GI) GS correlate positively dust variability. The soluble fraction larger GIs as compared dust-rich GSs. very high loads Last Glacial Maximum, relationship weaker milder GSs, suggesting either secondary sources or multiple sources. Based on crustal abundances, that inputs are sufficient account all deposited investigated except Maximum. During glacial, sea salts contributed 10−3 nM P, while land biogenic emissions minor source
