摘要: Leaf discs of Capsicum annuum L. were illuminated in air enriched with 1% CO 2 the absence or presence lincomycin, an inhibitor chloroplast-encoded protein synthesis. The loss functional photosystem (PS) II complexes increase cumulative light dose (photon exposure), assessed by O yield per single-turnover flash, was greater leaves plants grown low than those high light; it also exacerbated lincomycin. A single exponential decay can describe relationship between PSII and photon exposure. From this we obtained both maximum quantum photoinactivation at limiting exposures coefficient k, interpreted as probability unit Parallel measurements chlorophyll fluorescence after treatment showed that 1/F o - m linearly correlated functionality PSII, where F are yields corresponding to open closed reaction centers, respectively. Using a convenient indicator functionality, found is present excess; only about 40% did begin limit photosynthetic capacity capsicum leaves.
