摘要: Actively growing shoot tips isolated from an initial in vitro culture of Populus euphatica Oliv. were encapsulated sodium-alginate matrix. Growth media with different composition used for cultivation the alginate beads. High frequencies both viability and regrowth explants registered all variants tested. It was found that regeneration medium significantly affected parameters explants. The based on MS nutrients supplemented 3% (w/v) sucrose 1.3 μM BAP provoked formation shoots greater length fresh weight than those at rest variants. In 75.0% event accompanied by development new axillary shoots, which additionally increased proliferation rate productivity culture.
