摘要: The use of robotic approaches has permeated the field urology with continued advances in pediatric urology. Increasingly, more complex urologic procedures are being performed using a minimally invasive approach. goal is to deliver at least equivalent long-term outcomes while minimizing morbidity classically associated open approaches. robotic-assisted laparoscopic Mitrofanoff appendicovesicostomy (RALIMA) or without (RALMA) ileocystoplasty represents forefront reconstructive Select centers have demonstrated safety and efficacy these procedures.
