摘要: The separation of 41 mono-, bis-, and tris-2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazones derived from simple saturated aldehydes ketones, unsaturated aldehydes, di-, tri-, hydroxycarbonyl compounds, α-ketoacids by thin-layer chromatography is described. cis- trans-isomers some these compounds have been separated. characteristic colours produced different classes 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazones sprayed with ethanolamine are more lasting distinctive than those alcoholic sodium or potassium hydroxide. A method for the highly insoluble 2,4-Dinitrophenylhydrazones treated acetylating agents, concentrated hydrochloric acid, directly on plates, chromatographic behaviour products has studied. Methods separating identifying components complex mixtures discussed.
