摘要: The biological interaction between the jaw bones and dental implant is fundamental for long-term success of placement. Nevertheless, insufficient bone volume remains a major clinical problem, especially in case immediate implant. Using canine model, present study proves regenerative potential adipose- derived stem cells (ADSCs) to repair peri-implant defects occurring In six labradors, all mandibular premolars first molars were extracted bilaterally three months later implants installed with marginal gap. filled hydroxyapatite (HA)-based scaffolds previously seeded ADSCs. After one month healing, specimens prepared histological histomorphometric evaluations. Histological analyses ground sections show that ADSCs significantly increase regeneration. Several new vessels, osteoblasts matrix detected. By contrast, no inflammatory have been revealed. could be used accelerate healing peri-
