摘要: The term tissue engineering was originally coined to denote the construction in laboratory of a device containing viable cells and biologic mediators (e.g., growth factors adhesins) synthetic or matrix, which could be implanted patients facilitate regeneration particular tissues. role oxygenation wound healing became focal point 1980s. Tissue enhances phagocytic bactericidal ability host immune supports collagen as well other protein events. importance enhancing has become focus research present day. In addition, link been established between factors. Macrophage stimulation causes release angiogenic that support resist infection [1]. general, combines three key elements, namely scaffolds (collagen, bone mineral), signaling molecules (growth factors), (osteoblasts, fibroblasts). redefined presently relatively new, highly promising field reconstructive biology, draws on recent advances medicine surgery, molecular cellular polymer chemistry, physiology. These principles have found widespread application several branches dentistry, such periodontics, oral maxillofacial implantology. implant most frequently encountered problems at implantation site are lack adequate proximity anatomic structures, maxillary sinus inferior alveolar nerve canal. Advanced surgical procedures act an adjunct dental implants consist grafting guided regeneration. quite predictable when proper protocols followed. this preliminary study we performed histological analisys using confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM), with aim evaluating differences graft newly formed bone.
