摘要: It is shown that the adsorption of water by a variety active carbons can be described within framework Dubinin's theory. Owing to low values characteristic energy, E(0.8–2.5 kJ mol–1), Dubinin–Astakhov equation becomes S-shaped in range 0.3 < p/po <0.7 and provides good basis for fit branch type V isotherms near room temperature. The parameters are almost temperature invariant consequently agreement also found many cases enthalpies immersion into water, as predicted extension
