摘要: OBJECTIVE The objective of this study was to investigate effects mixed organic acids (MOA) on nutrient digestibility, volatile fatty composition and intestinal microbiota in growing-finishing pigs fed high wheat bran diet. METHODS Six crossbred barrows (Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire), with an average body weight 78.8±4.21 kg, fitted T-cannulas at the distal ileum, were allotted a double 3×3 Latin square design 3 periods diets. Each period consisted 5-d adjustment followed by 2-d total collection feces then ileal digesta. dietary treatments included corn-soybean-wheat basal diet (CTR), acid 1 (MOA1; CTR+3,000 mg/kg OA1), 2 (MOA2; CTR+2,000 OA2). RESULTS Pigs MOA (MOA1 or MOA2) showed improved (p<0.05) apparent tract digestibility (ATTD) gross energy, dry matter matter, MOA2 had increased ATTD neutral detergent fiber compared CTR. Dietary supplementation decreased pH value, (p<0.01) concentrations lactic (TVFA) ileum higher concentration acetic acid, lower content formic MOA1 TVFA butyric feces. Lactobacillus Escherichia CONCLUSION could improve nutrients flora
