摘要: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are important regulators of gene expression in eukaryotes. Studies have shown that plant-derived miRNAs can be absorbed through diets and regulate mammals. Although soybean-derived been reported, their biological functions still unclear. In this study, we found small RNAs (sRNAs) significantly inhibited the proliferation stimulated apoptosis Caco-2 cells. Bioinformatics analysis indicated target set soybean was extensively enriched cancer pathways. Besides, obtained 8 genes, including Transcription factor 7 (TCF7), associated with colon prediction. Further studies showed gma-miR159a cells played an role inhibitory effect sRNAs by inhibiting TCF7 protein, which upregulated but not normal mucosal culture. These findings provide a novel molecular mechanism for potential application tumor prevention.
