摘要: Resume Les malades souffrant de maladies chroniques stabilisees exigent des soins qui sont souvent tres lourds pour les ressources limitees du medecin exercant dans le cadre d'un hopital communautaire aux Etats-Unis. Dans une large mesure, ces peuvent etre suivis par un personnel infirmier employant lignes conduite strictes surveiller et eduquer malade. Un systeme permettant surveillance medicale, education support emotif a ete developpe l'Hopital Militaire Americain Fort Belvoir, Virginia. Cette methode, facilement adaptable civil, utilise services d'infimieres diplomees experimentees. infirmieres commencent s'occuper apres periode d'apprentissage relativement courte—une semaine. Le temps necessaire cet appretissage est nettement raccourci rendus leurs ameliores grâce la publication notre Manuel Soins Chroniques, comporte concernant ainsi qu'un materiel educatif. L'evaluation ce nouveau montre qu'une infirmiere peut individuellement 400 an, avec accueil favorable part grand nombre cas.
