Boundary problems for Dirac electrons and edge-assisted Raman scattering in graphene

摘要: The paper reports a theoretical study of scattering electrons by edges in graphene and its effect on Raman scattering. First, effective models are discussed for translationally invariant rough edges. Second, they used calculation the edge-activated D peak intensity dependence polarization incident/scattered light, as well position excitation spot. Manifestations quasiclassical character electron motion discussed.
