摘要: A pulse detonation engine has a chamber with sidewall. At least two fuel ports are located in the sidewall, spaced longitudinally apart from each other. An oxygen mixture is introduced into forward port and detonated. This creates wave which propagates an air rearward port. After detonation, purge passes through before next detonation. rotating sleeve valve mounted around opens closes as well ports.
