摘要: Abstract Macromolecular imaging probes (or sensors) of enzymatic activity have a unique place in the armamentarium modern optical techniques. Such were initially developed by attaching optically “silent” fluorophores via enzyme-sensitive linkers to large copolymers biocompatible poly(ethylene glycol) and poly(amino acids). In diseased tissue, where concentration enzymes is high, are freed from macromolecular carrier regain their initial ability fluoresce, thus allowing vivo localization tissue. This chapter describes design application these alternatives various areas experimental medicine gives an overview currently available techniques that allow animals using visible near-infrared light.
