摘要: Highly efficient and eco-friendly antifungal fumigants are desirable in food crop production. Although turmeric (Curcuma longa L.) essential oil is known to have a potent effect, the quality of whole can be unstable, leading unreliable activities. The aim present study uncover active individual compounds that provide properties using convenient chemometric model. Aspergillus flavus inhibition activities oils derived from 24 batches Curcuma L. were evaluated, with various fumigation concentrations 50 μL 500 per plate. Meanwhile, eighteen volatile identified by static headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. To combine chemical profiles spectrum-effect relationship based on partial least squares model, three (i.e., eucalyptol, beta-pinene camphor) verified as most their higher contribution factor indexes. Thus, this research will useful approach screen bioactive compounds, these promising alternatives conventional treatments for control A. contamination.
