摘要: Coxiella burnetii endocarditis is a rare diagnosis in children. We present case of Q fever due to new genotype, MST 54, and review recent literature on infections Practitioners should consider culture-negative endocarditis, particularly children with congenital heart disease history travel or residence endemic regions.
