摘要: Optimum loading condition for transport of matrinxa juveniles was assessed in a closed system with plastic bags. Transport conducted fish (23.48 ± 0.42g) starved 24h at densities 83g L-1 (D1); 125g (D2); 168g (D3); 206g (D4). Fish were sampled before (BL), after (AL), immediately (AT) and after. Blood glucose cortisol increased equally all AL AT, returning to the initial levels 24h. No mortality observed through week transport.
