摘要: Abstract Nitrogen adsorption measured at 77 K was used to characterize the energetic and geometrical heterogeneity of high-temperature superconductor surfaces. The porosity solids (specific surface area, radii volume pores, as well pore-size distribution function) determined from data for a series oxide superconductors ((RE)1.85Ce0.15CuO4−δ, RE=Pr, Nd, Sm; (RE)Ba2Cu3O7−δ, RE=Y, Er; HgBa2Ca2Cu3O8+δ). It is shown that isotherms all samples are S-shaped belong group II according Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) classification. On basis nitrogen adsorption, fractal dimensions were determined.
