摘要: We attempted to enroll an age-stratified random sample of Rochester, Minnesota women > or = 30 years age in a population-based prospective study the determinants bone loss. Using resources Rochester Epidemiology Project, 541 were contacted and 305 agreed participate. Of 236 nonrespondents, 38 ineligible 198 refused participate resulting 61% response rate for eligible subjects. reviewed community medical records respondents nonrespondents (including ineligibles) determine whether two groups differed with regard variables that might be important osteoporosis research.
