摘要: Liposomes, of a specific size and composition, have demonstrated unique ability to selectively deliver significant quantities boron murine tumors. Aqueous solutions water soluble compounds with high content been encapsulated into the liposomes studied in vivo. Although their contents interior tumor cells, characteristics compound determine whether will be retained by cells or simply cleared from system. Investigation series which vary such as size, charge, reactivity allowed us develop working hypothesis predicts priori, some degree success, these cells.
