摘要: In this work we propose a new energy efficient and fault tolerant protocol for data propagation in wireless sensor networks, the variable transmission range (VTRP). The basic idea of VTRP is varying transmissions, i.e., allow to increase various ways. Thus our exhibits high fault-tolerance (by bypassing obstacles or faulty sensors) increases network lifetime (since critical sensors, i.e. close control center are not overused). As far as know, it first time used. We implement perform an extensive experimental evaluation comparison representative (LTP) several important performance measures with focus on consumption. Our findings indeed demonstrate that achieves significant improvements efficiency lifetime.
