摘要: A pilot study has been carried out in order to verify the feasibility of scintigraphic driving for breast biopsy. new high resolution (HR) gamma ray detector, imaging probe (IP), and 99m Tc [13Leu] Bombesin ( BN), have used drive a mammotome biopsy needle after having fused radioisotope with digital X-ray images. IP is mobile, resolution, miniaturised camera, whose field view one inch spatial 2 mm. BN radiotracer derived from well-known peptide, that already shown very sensitivity detecting cancer. Patients Methods: Five patients suspicious cancer were studied. 185 MBq i.v. injected dynamic prone scintimammography was performed 20 minutes conventional large camera. matched system device system, fuse images use pointer indifferently on X-ray, Biopsy samples counted weighed: uptake expressed as counts sec -1 gr . Samples classified into high, intermediate low uptake. Conventional histological assessment blindly samples. Results: All showed The T categorisation Tla two cancers Tlb 3. Dynamic well HR scintigraphy spots Maximal mismatch between lesions hot imaged before 3.4 all but cancer, whereas histology found malignant tissue only 8 Conclusion: confirms its able or co-drive when appropriate radiopharmaceuticals.
