摘要: The optimization of culture condition for enhanced hydrogen production by Thermoanaerobacterium thermosaccharolyticum W16 was conducted using statistical experimental design and analysis. Plackett-Burman first used to screen the most important variables influencing production, subsequently central composite adopted investigate optimum value selected factors achieving maximum yield. Experimental results showed that xylose, phosphate buffer, yeast extract had significant influence on yield 2.39 mol/mol xylose predicted when concentrations were 12.24 g/L, 0.170 M, 4.11 respectively. further verified repeated experiments under optimal conditions. excellent correlation between measured values confirmed validity practicability this strategy.
