摘要: We present an electrochemical technique for growing Fe3O4 nanostructures. Hydrazine and iron compounds in aqueous solution undergo chemical reactions with hydroxides form magnetite at the surface of working electrode cell. Growth nanoscale templates is demonstrated. X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, electrical transport measurements, magnetometry confirm nature deposit. Giant magnetoresistance was observed when nanowires were granular.
