摘要: In the future Internet, multi-network services will follow a new paradigm in which intelligence of network control is gradually moved to edge network. This impacts both objective Quality Service (QoS) end-to-end connection as well subjective Experience (QoE) perceived by end user. Skype already offers such Voice-over-IP (VoIP) telephony service today. Due its ease use and high sound quality, it becomes increasingly popular wired Internet. UMTS operators promise offer large data rates should suffice support VoIP calls mobile environment.
