摘要: Unstable areas along first-order tributary rivers and meander bends developed in volcanic poorly consolidated materials such as lahars, pyroclastic flows, pumice fall deposits are common Mexico. The present research is based on studies of the stream system La Cienega watershed eastern flank Nevado de Toluca volcano, prone to landslides due its climatic, topographic, geomorphologic, geologic conditions that predispose study area episodic debris flows. Landslide volcanoclastic sediments dragged by streams torrents during rainy season create a hazardous situation for people living system. Our work focused two secondary located ian southern portion watershed. In both tributaries, detailed landslide inventory geomorphological map were carried out determine susceptibility landforms. results show slides most frequent processes rivers, three landforms fourteen have highest susceptibility. these landforms, factors steep slopes, geological faults, hillslope morphology influence abundance distribution landslides.
