摘要: The relationship between the production of reduced oxygen species, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), superoxide (O2∸), and hydroxyl radical (·OH), oxidation synthetic lignin to CO2 was studied in whole cultures white-rot fungus Phanerochaete chrysosporium Burds. kinetics synthesis H2O2 coincided with appearance ligninolytic system; also, markedly enhanced by growth under 100% O2, mimicking increase activity characteristic grown elevated tension. Lignin degradation inhibited a specific scavenger, catalase, implying role for degradative process. Superoxide dismutase also degradation, suggesting that O2∸ is involved breakdown lignin. ·OH assayed benzoate decarboxylation assay. Neither nor final its producing system obtained O2 correlated lignin-degrading system. However, compounds which react ·OH. It concluded H2O2, perhaps O2∸, are degradation; because these species relatively unreactive per se, their must be indirect. Conclusions about ligninolysis could not reached.
