摘要: The cyber security discourse is dominated by states and corporations that focus on the protection of critical information infrastructure databases. priority systems networks, rather than connected users. dominance war metaphors in debates has produced a dilemma, which not sufficiently addressing needs people. This article underlines this shortcoming views through human-centric perspective. Freedom expression right to privacy are under attack era surveillance. From perspective such rights should be understood as part security. Human protections need effectively addressed digital sphere gain their place agendas.
