摘要: A case of cervical tracheal resection for cylindroma is described in which primary end-to-end anastomosis dehisced after 3 weeks. The resulting unsupported interposed tunnel soft tissue was given lateral rigidity and longitudinal elasticity by insertion coiled stainless steel wire. This procedure has maintained an adequate airway 18 months.
