摘要: The potentiation of carbon tetrachloride (CC14) hepatotoxicity by acute alcohol administration is well known (Cornish and Adefuin, 1967; Strubelt, 1980) although the mechanism this unclear. Carbon must undergo metabolism in order to produce tissue damage (Recknagel Glende, 1973). Several authors have suggested that increased bioactivation involved CC14 (Cote et al., 1974; Maling 1975; Sipes 1973; Strubelt 1978; Traiger Plaa, 1973) but evidence on point largely indirect.
